If your bike was purchased consumer direct, from a department store, or any other means not sourced from a US based manufactuer, repair turn-around time has no guarantee as our abilility to source parts from these manufacturers can take signifigantly longer than traditional bike manufacturers. Example, if you have a bike /scooter from Amazon, your repair may take weeks or months longer than a standard repair. We are always willing to preform these repairs, but our timeframe is entirely determinted by THE MANUFACTUER of the product PURCHASED ELSEWARE. We refuse to be held accountable for shipping and product support issues from products we are not affiliated with. We only directly represent and support brands and products we are listed as a dealer for.
